Tsabita is a tech professional that aims to bring more impact in the technology world. As the Chief Operating Officer at Generation Girl, she leads the organization’s operations with a mission to inspire and nurture future female leaders through STEM courses. Together with her team, she empowered 59,600+ women across 32 provinces of Indonesia through STEM programs.

Previously she worked as a UI/UX Designer at Pluss Communities, a startup that’s focused on building tailor-made social platform for communities across Australia, and also experienced working in one of the big four consulting company in Indonesia. Having a background in Computer Science and earning double degree from University of Indonesia and University of Queensland brings her a lot of expertise in both technical and design skills.
